Shipping FAQ

What are your shipping rates?

Our standard shipping rate is $9.95. This covers most orders, but if you decide to stock up like a pro (or go wild with a huge order), we may need to charge a bit extra for shipping. If that’s the case, don’t worry—we’ll reach out to discuss before moving forward.

What happens if my shipping cost exceeds the flat rate?

If your order is large or heavy the actual shipping cost might exceed that. If it does, we’ll hit pause, reach out, and come up with a plan together. No surprise charges—promise!

Where do you ship?

Currently, we’re shipping within the United States. If you’re somewhere else, send us a note! We might not be able to ship to you just yet, but we love hearing where people want our products.

How long will it take to get my order?

We do our best to get your order out the door in 1–2 business days. From there, shipping typically takes 3–5 business days. Need it faster? Let us know, and we’ll see if we can make magic happen (rush shipping costs may apply).

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can keep an eye on it. It’s like following your package’s journey home.

Do you offer free shipping?
